Disappointed: Some Sausages Were Clearly Off

I recently bought the Rosewood dog treat sausages and was really disappointed. Several of the packets had an odd, off‑smell that was definitely not normal. When I raised this with the company, I was told that some batches “can smell different”, but I know these were not right. They agreed to refund only the unopened packets, which I now have to return at my own cost. Considering the issue wasn’t my fault, I don’t think this is a fair resolution. I wouldn’t buy these again.

My fussy dog loves these sausages which I buy

My fussy dog loves these sausages which I buy from Wundapets regularly, the delivery is always fast and they are very well wrapped in bubble wrap. I buy a lot of other things from them as well and everything comes extremely well packaged. I would say they are the best pet supplier that I have found.

My dog is extremely fussy and gets bored with most things except these sausages which he has been having for months and still loves them.
