The chord has become a problem

I have reviewed this product before and rated it 5. The manufacturer has since changed the chord that the stick is made around to a very thin version. After a while of pecking the chord breaks and the block falls to the floor. Chickens will not peck the block once it’s on the ground. I break the block up and add it to their pellets. A hassle I don’t need, please go back to the old chord. By the way the fruit and nut block is of the same usual quality.
