Delivery was prompt, price ok but quality not so great.

Delivery was prompt, price was ok but the actual product wasn’t as good quality as previous standard size Chuck-It balls. Not sure if it’s the size but it was definitely more egg shaped than round.

I didn’t contact customer services (my fault not theirs) as I needed it for a specific work contract.

I will revisit as I constantly need news balls for different dog training work but next time I will make sure I do it enough in advance that I can send it back if the quality isn’t good.
